Hi there! I’m Kari, the heart and soul behind YOGATTA. If you’re wondering, “YOGATTA what?” Well, YOGATTA start, YOGATTA try, and YOGATTA dream! My mission is simple: to sprinkle daily doses of inspiration into your life, making your journey to becoming the best version of yourself fun and accessible.

A bit about me—I’m a certified yoga instructor with a passion for all things fitness. From beach yoga on Marco Island to spin classes at Pebble Beach, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching in some pretty amazing places. Whether it’s Hilltop Yoga, Aqua, or Circuit classes, I’ve done it all, and I love every minute of it!

But wait, there’s more! I’ve also taught at some amazing resorts at Club Med (Guadeloupe in the French West Indies was probably my favorite), at Hyatt Resorts in California (Ventana Big Sur is spectacular), and other amazing clubs and studios. My journey has been filled with incredible experiences and wonderful people, each one adding a new chapter to my story.

With an MBA in Business Administration and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Psychology, I blend my academic background with my love for fitness to create a holistic approach to health and well-being. But let’s keep it real—I’m all about making this journey fun and relatable.
